"Located in the historic center right at the zocalo which was great. Most of the staff was very attentive and helpful with suggestions to questions about the area. Terraza Restaurant had an awesome view only disappointment was that we had reservations at a specific time overseeing the zocalo but they gave away our reserved table even though we arrived 10 mins before. The “capitan” tried telling us that reservations for specific tables were not allowed while the nicest host (Astrid) which we made the reservation with the previous day was there and tried telling him that she had taken our reservation and saved our table. We had to wait about 40 mins to be seated because we wanted a table with a view. Not that big of a deal given we had nowhere else to be at. Just a slight inconvenience and more of an embarrassment for the host which she kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The host (Astrid) was awesome and very kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault."
