"We stayed here only one night as we had to catch an early morning ferry at the Port. We arrived around noon and our room was available, so they allowed us an early check-in which was appreciated. The hotel is connected to the Robinson's Galleria mall, so we had plenty of activity and dining selections to keep us busy for the day. "เช็คอินได้หลัง 15 น. ไปรอตั้งแต่ 13 น. กรอกแบบฟอร์มไว้หมดแล้ว รอจนเลย 15:45 น. เห็นคนมาทีหลังเข้าเช็คอินเกือบหมดแล้ว เลยเข้าไปถาม front desk ว่าทำไมยังไม่เรียกมาเช็คอิน คำตอบคือไม่มีใครทราบเรื่อง แบบหอร์มที่กรอกไว้ไม่มีใครเห็น ต้องมายืนกรอกใหม่ กว่าจะเช็คอินได้เกือบ 16 น....เสียความรู้สึกมาก "

"There were no hand towel in the bathroom. I tried to ask for it from the front desk but they refused. The bath towels looked dirty with big brown stains on them. The foot towel looked more dirty. Not sure because of it's color or poorly washed. The lights in the room and bathroom were too dim. All the rest were good."
