"Very nice place to stay Staff is wonderful and a delight."

"Nice hotel, good location, good service"

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"We were upgraded to a suite room.. The place is very modern clean all staff very friendly and helpful. The best place we ever had."

"There were no hand towel in the bathroom. I tried to ask for it from the front desk but they refused. The bath towels looked dirty with big brown stains on them. The foot towel looked more dirty. Not sure because of it's color or poorly washed. The lights in the room and bathroom were too dim. All the rest were good."

"The property was well kept, centrally located to restaurants & nightlife..The breakfast was good & there is dinning on-site at the hotel. Everything went well & the room was spacious with comfortable bed...I would definitely recommend & stay at this hotel again."

"Staff are friendly and helpful, clean rooms and vicinity, shops, restos, laundry service downstairs, convenient parking at basement. A very young hotel that just opened few months ago and still on the works on the upper floors…it can be better in the days to come. Love to stay for value of money and convenience…"
