"We made a last minute decision to go to the state fair in Syracuse. Knowing from previous stays that Del Lago had clean, spacious rooms we decided to book there instead of a Syracuse hotel. We are never disappointed with our stays at Del Lago. The front desk and hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless too. Very comfortable bed and pillow which is a big plus for us older folk. lol. "

This Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn provided a clean and comfortable environment with a pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant and fee for breakfast was a plus when we were tired from travel. The food was good and I would rate 3 star. We did not have to travel more than 10 - 45 minutes to some historical, state fair and finger lakes attractions."

"The property was an older Days Inn, was clean and staff was friendly. I did have a problem with the shower dripping and brought that to their attention, which they will rectify after my stay (plumbing problem). Breakfast was non existent. The location was great for what we were doing."
