"The genuine warmth of the hostess and her helpfulness with information. The location at the head? of the square. It's an excellent place to stay a couple of nights to explore the surrounds. The food and wines are good and reasonably priced. There's very little vehicular traffic. The apartment is well renovated. "
"We had a great time staying at Marfisa. Rooms had a nice and modern setup. Pool access was fantastic and dining option was good to have. They welcome guests with the bottle of wine from their own winery- which was a nice gesture. Spa experience was also nice and relaxing.
We would definitely recommend this place.

"The property was amazing, the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area and transport was arranged and the owner himself picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee. This is a must see area. "
"If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too...
"I stayed with my family of 4. It was basically the best place we have stayed. The service was great, very attentive and sweet. The food is homemade, savory and fresh. There’s a beautiful view of the countryside. I felt at peace and at home since they made me feel like a family member. The pool is super clean and refreshing. All our needs were attended. I would definitely go back. "
