A bit run down, but ok

Everything was mostly fine, but the building is old. There were three giant cracks in the plastic sink in the room, that they clearly have no intention of fixing. The stairs from the garage were roped off cause a spotlight was hanging loose from the broken ceiling. Good breakfast, everything else was clean, staff was nice.

A good 3-star hotel - no 4-star

A good 3-star hotel, but in no way a 4-star. The staff is kind and servicemindet. The morning buffet is fine by 3-star standards. The hotel conditions are okay, but not a 4-star worthy. There is no spa - they should remove those pictures, as it is false marketing. The elevators have not been checked since 2016, not safe.

Avoid

Avoid staying at this hotel. The rooms had ants (alot) and moisture damage from the looks of it. The room door did not close/lock, which resulted in me sleeping next to the door during the night. as there was no security accessing the rooms from the garage. Furthermore the shower did not work as expected, and there was no shampoo. The breakfast was mostly sweets. There is nothing close by either, so you need to take the care to buy food or basic items. The hotell staff were friendly though.

Wow after reading the reviews we wasn’t expecting much but what a hotel . Staff from the minute we arrived were brilliant . Very helpful and so polite . Cleaners were brilliant and even when lift was out of order offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs for us . The breakfast was brilliant and a lovely view of the mountains to go with it . Each morning after breakfast before heading out we didn’t have access to a pool ,but we did have free access to a water park with about 20 different slides . This really made it for the kids and myself . It was about a 10 minute drive into Bardilino with easy parking in hotel . Took about 25 minutes to get to Verona. Room was spotless and we had fresh towels throughout the day and as it was really hot we had water brought to the room through out the day . Best place I’ve stayed in Italy for a long time .

The hotel was almost empty, probably because it was off season. I think the spa was closed too. The rooms were clean, the people working in the hotel were very helpful, the place was very quiet. I think it's a very nice place in the summer. Breakfast was ok.

There is nothing nearby, so breakfast and dinner were included, which was nice. The staff were friendly and nice. I was disappointed that I couldn't make outside calls from the phone in the room, but I guess that's normal in the EU.

arrived at your hotel at 22:00 and was extremely disappointed with the condition of my room. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to change rooms despite the following serious issues: The room had a strong, unpleasant smell due to humidity. The blankets also smelled very bad and felt unclean. The hairdryer was damaged and had a hole in it. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a 4-star hotel. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. I

Nice roomes, but cut use a handyman, electrical out off the wall, things not fully secured to the wall, hole in the toilet door and backboard to the bed ect. But all in all a nice place with a good garage and nice staff fine breakfast, 4/5 stars the last star comes with the update of the roomes

Unfortunatly I would advise to avoid...

Would not reccomend this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night before our campsite reservation was ready. Check in was very poor with little or no info given. We were told we would have to pay extra for a travel cot despite requesting one before booking & providing children's exact ages in advance. We were given free water park tickets to use for the facility across the road but it was closed. Check out staff were equally as unhelpful - only holding 2 of our bags whilst we visited the water park - that was open the next day. No other facilities around the area. Hotel was a ghost town in the afternoon & evening with no one to serve drinks. Breakfast was the saving grace - lots of variety.

Area parcheggio vasta, ascebsore per raggiungere la reception. Check in non cosi veloce, camera spaziosa ma rovinata Bagno grande ma anche questo molto usurato ( la doccia non si chiudeva ,il getto dell'acqua debole, sgabello rotto, temperatura acqua o bollente o gelida). Colazione ok con vasta scelta ( cappuccino terribile ). Check out non cosi veloce non c era nessuno in reception. Consiglio solo per una notte

Check in erst ab 15:30 weil Zimmer nicht fertig war. Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht. In 7 Tagen nur 1x. Ameisen im Zimmer. Mussten fast 3 Stunden warten bis endlich jemand kam um das zu bereinigen. Personal hat kein sonderliches Interesse am Gast.
