"The night staff response was unsatisfactory. I reported that the bathroom door was locked and was told someone would come to my room within five minutes. After waiting approximately 15 minutes with no follow-up, I had to go back to the front desk myself to resolve the issue. Room 128 was also not acceptable. While I understand basement rooms may be part of the property layout, this room is located directly next to the office, and noise from staff activity is loud and clear. This significantly affected the overall stay experience."
