I absolutely loved the centrality of its location, being able to travel on-foot to everything downtown with great ease. Plus, the romantic inner-city views would melt the iciest hearts. "Breakfast was fresh but wished there was variety as it was the same breakfast back to back. Parking garage was a lit tin inconvenient because you had to get the opener from front desk and you had to return it every time after you parked "

"The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there 2 weekends in a row. The coffee shop was also closed while we were there and because they don't do a continental breakfast there was no way eat anything on the premise. The pool was also closed so that was really disappointing for our kids. We called ahead to make sure the restaurant was going to be open and we were told it was. This is one of the main reasons we stay at this property, so not having it open was a bummer. The front desk staff was wonderful and very apologetic but that doesn't make up for the lack of amenities."

"Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times)."
