"Everything at this hotel was amazing, from staff helpfulness to amenities and facilities. It was easy to arrange airport transfers and taxis around Delhi too. The hotel is well kept and the spa is beautiful. The only small issue was the cleanliness could have been better too, more attention to detail is needed. I'd asked for sheets to be changed as they had a mark when I moved in and only the duvet was changed. I was still able to see the mark."

"Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. Also the swimming pool we see on the pictures, is NOT the hotel's. It's the next door sports center's, which includes a little walk in the street, to reach it. Not very convenient, and somehow misleading. I don't think I would ever try to stay there again. Also at checkin, the front staff took at least a real good 30min to locate my booking, Was it real? Were they pretending? they eventually let me in. Weird atmosphere."

"We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."

"The hotel benefits from a fairly good location; however, it is somewhat isolated, with no nearby shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. Due to that, guests are largely dependent on the hotel’s in-house dining options or in-room dining services. Unfortunately, the pricing reflects this lack of external alternatives and feels excessively high- for instance, a simple cup of tea was priced at 700 via in-room dining. On one occasion, when I ordered food through Swiggy, the staff requested my room number before allowing the delivery inside the premises, which seemed unnecessary and somewhat intrusive. The bathroom facilities could also use improvement. Despite the shower door being closed, water tended to leak out onto the bathroom floor, indicating poor design or maintenance. During check-in, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a newly renovated room; however, the room did not feel noticeably different or upgraded in any meaningful way. This gave the impression that the “upgrade” was more of a gesture than a tangible enhancement. On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the checkout experience was acceptable, though not particularly noteworthy."
