Very clean room with all what you need for your stay. Danilo is excellent host with all information you may need for your stay in Catania area. He arranged for us early morning (5am) transfer to the airport. I would definitely recommend Vivendo apartments.

Great value for a quick nights stay close to Catania airport, good location, close to the cathedral catania and has a grocery store within walking distance and inexpensive parking right in front

It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it and said we were just trying to get a refund. We never asked for money back. Then he asked to send on WhatsApp our ID. Who would ask that? But he said he would sue us because we hadnt produced ID to pay local tax. The whole thing had been paid up front days before as we booked through Expedia. He is rude who only decided to accused via WhatsApp messages. We do not recommend this host.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Catania, spinto dalle recensioni positive e dalle promesse indicate nella descrizione della struttura. Purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata ben lontana da quanto mi aspettassi. All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza diversa da quella prenotata, senza alcuna spiegazione né preavviso. Non solo era meno spaziosa, ma mancava anche di alcune caratteristiche che avevano influito sulla mia scelta iniziale. Uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura era la presenza di Netflix, indicata tra i servizi disponibili, ma una volta in camera abbiamo scoperto che non era accessibile. Lo stesso vale per il mini frigo, che era segnalato come presente in camera ma non c’era. La cosa più grave, però, è stata la pulizia: assolutamente inadeguata. In camera abbiamo trovato formiche che camminavano lungo il muro, un dettaglio inaccettabile per qualsiasi tipo di struttura ricettiva. Peccato, perché la posizione è comoda e l’ambiente avrebbe potuto avere del potenziale, ma la mancanza di cura e l’assenza di coerenza tra quanto pubblicizzato e quanto effettivamente offerto rendono difficile consigliare questo B&B.

Una scelta pratica e confortevole.

Esperienza di soggiorno tutto sommato positiva. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Ottima la posizione, ideale per muoversi facilmente in zona, e molto comodo il parcheggio disponibile.
