"I'm not sure why it's 5 stars rating here. The dormitory room were filled of cockroaches. The staffs were pretty ignorance, except one lady who works at the reception, She's, who I saw, the only person worked around the hostel. She's helpful and very sweet. When the water wasn't running, when approached the problem with manager, he said "Wait for 5 minute, maybe someone will fix it" and I though he would send someone to look at the problem. But he actually meant "Maybe someone will fix it"...
