"This hotel sits right next to the train station so while it is convenient when using the trains, it is not in the most beautiful part of the city and the trains are very loud at night if you have a room facing the tracks (we did). The do provide ear plugs and I used them so that did help. The beds/pillows were not super comfortable so our sleep quality was not great while we stayed in Cork. They do have an awesome gym in the hotel that I was able to use. The lobby of the hotel has a nice bar...

"Basic hotel. Well located and clean but rooms are small and with recent very hot weather, no air conditioning, basic fans not enough and can’t open windows due to noise from restaurants and bars in courtyard below. Better for off -season than busy season from price perspective."
