"I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. "Had an amazing experience at this beautiful property right in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing both Giuseppe & Emio were so kind & welcoming. Gave us instructions on parking ahead of time. They also gave us the best food recommendations - the pasta right across from our place was the best we had during our trip. Stroll the streets and find the mojito bar ! The room was clean with a balcony that looked over the bridge which was great for people watching. We will definitely be coming...

"Déçu de notre séjour. Nous étions en octobre, la nuit fraîche et seulement une petite couverture. Beaucoup de mal à se réchauffer malgré la clim en chauffage. Pas d'eau chaude le soir et le matin pour la toilette. Sinon la chambre était très propre. "
