"The building is quite old, and the bedroom was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The pictures definitely make the space look larger than it is. On the positive side, the bed was large and very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise and made for a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall experience."
"Beautiful historic hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Restaurant served delicious food. Only issue was no bellhops available when we checked in at 7 pm. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but it was no too much of an issue even in July."
"We love how close it was from the national park and it was clean enough to come to the room and rest!
I will definitely stay or recommend for a friend to stay there if they visit Yellowstone National Park!
Thank you😊"
"It's a fun place to stay but the kids wished there was more playground equipment, all there was was a swinger. All of the workers there were very friendly."
"The lodge is on the edge of town and a close walk to many restaurants and stores. It has a front porch with several swings that you can sit and relax on. Our room was huge. It included a microwave and a fridge, and the lobby had coffee available. We stayed here as it is close to the western entrance to Yellowstone. The town has lots to do and the lodge is a perfect place for a family to stay while visiting."
