"The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."

The property is brand new and beautifully designed and decorated with distinctive finishes and furnishings throughout the location is incredible right at the base of the town of Monteleone. The town of Pieve is only a 10 minute drive away both are incredible and worth visiting as is Orvieto. We were most impressed by Front Desk...

"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great ."
