So sorry for your disappointment! I appreciated that you said that we are very simple and rustic because Fattoria di Corsignano likes to be authentic. At the mean time I feel sorry that you had problems with the hot water and the wi-fi, sometimes it can happen due to summer storm very common when we have a wet season. Regarding old rooms, not confortable beds, we can not do much now but I can assure you that all the rooms during the winter time are deeply restored and refreshed.
