"Clean and nice view, friendly and helpfull stuff. But considering it's a family hotel it's unusal that it does not show many attention to details. Worst: extra squeaky bed, useless wifi, XS tv with a few italian channels. Restaurant food (dinner on april 27th) was a disaster. Current cook has absolutely no clue about european food. Unacceptable."

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a great variety of delicious options. A special shout-out to the woman who checked us out on February 7th — she was incredibly personable and so fun to talk to, which made our departure especially pleasant. We also really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the train station, especially since we returned from an Olympic event very late in the evening. The convenience made our trip so much easier. "
