This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them!
In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning we noticed that our suitcase was wet. This was because there was a MAJOR leak in the ceiling which began above the suitcase holder and continued for at least the rest of the length of the room.
There is no shuttle (as advertised) to the beach and no signs as to where to even begin to walk to the beach.
The pool area completely closes down at 7:00pm which is ridiculous for a "4 star" hotel in the summer.
Would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.
However, breakfast buffet was ample and the staff was lovely.
