The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...

"Besides the five stars I gave for cleanliness, friendly staff, and free parking, the continental breakfast was substantial and of excellent quality. "This is such a lovely spot. The location is convenient to food and attractions and the manager is incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice garden though it stormed when I was there so I didn’t really use it. Would definitely visit Ferrara and stay at this locanda again."
