"The best part of this place is the parking lot, because at least you don’t have to stay there long.
The room itself is a mess: peeling wallpaper, filthy carpet, flaking lampshades, and bedspreads that look like they’ve survived a decade of bad decisions. It feels less like a hotel and more like something that should’ve been shut down years ago.
Outside isn’t any better. There was a man wandering around, clearly out of it, having full conversations with the air. Whether he’s a resident or not, it doesn’t exactly scream “safe, relaxing stay.” Add in a rain-soaked, disgusting couch sitting outside the owner’s area, and the whole place just feels grimy and neglected.
We were placed right next to the owners, who made sure our morning started early with plenty of noise. So much for rest.
The “professionalism” is laughable. I was told to call and confirm my Expedia reservation, already odd, and when I did, the phone was answered with a casual “hello?” like I’d dialed someone’s personal cell. The one bright spot was the woman at check-in, she was kind and helpful, and frankly deserves to be running the place instead.
Only redeeming quality? The beds were surprisingly comfortable. That’s about it.
This place doesn’t just fall short of expectations, it limbos under them. It gives off strong scam-adjacent vibes, and while I wasn’t expecting luxury, I was expecting basic cleanliness and professionalism. That bar was not cleared.
Just a bad deal. "
