Llegue y no tenia nadie, llame quede esperando y nadie apareció. Me cobraram igual. Salí de lejos y no era nada do que estaba en las fotos. Estoy decepcionada. Espero que el site haga alguna cosa.

Lo mejor el enclave donde se encuentra. Si buscas naturaleza en estado puro en la montaña asturiana. La pareja que regenta el lugar son personas auténticas y especiales. Te quedas con ganas de más.

¡¡¡¡¡HORRIBLE!!!!

En hoteles.com ponía que estaba a 9,1 km del Puerto de San Isidro y en realidad estaba a 63 km por una carretera terrible (una hora y veinte de camino). Hay que dejar el coche a unos 100 metros de la casa y llevar el equipaje por un sendero lleno de tierra y piedras; y sin una sola luz. Llegamos a las 23.30h y la casa estaba totalmente cerrada (según la web hay servicio de recepción hasta las 00.00h); los únicos que nos recibieron fueron los tres mastines que están sueltos en el jardín (pacíficos y cariñosos, eso sí). Finalmente, después de mucho esfuerzo (ya que no hay cobertura para poder llamar y la casa no tiene timbre); conseguimos que nos abrieran. La atención recibida por parte del dueño fue NEFASTA, siendo desagradable y muy maleducado, especialmente en el check-out (debemos añadir que prescindimos del desayuno, pues este no comenzaba hasta las 9.00, y teniendo en cuenta la distancia real a San Isidro, se hacía muy tarde). Por si fuera poco, sólo había un juego de toallas y éramos dos personas. Conclusión: no volvería en la vida, unas instalaciones incómodas y la peor atención que se puede recibir.
