"The hotel is in a great location. I had a few issues:
1. There's only one working elevator in the entire hotel.
2. The room did not have wash clothes and only had 1/2 roll toilet tissue. I called down at check-in to request these items, they never came. The next day I had to call twice before the final brought the items.
3. At check in I used my debit card to pay. I was charged the cost of the room plus $100 deposit. On the day of check out, I was charged (AFTER I CHECKED OUT) an additional...

"I like this property and proximity to the Seattle Center and Queen Ann commercial district. I like the items provided in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large. The parking is also excellent, and has some large spaces for large vehicles.

"This historic hotel was great! The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Our room was nice and clean and the king bed was very comfy. The location was great and very close to our port pier 66. The only downfall with this hotel was no elevator. There are a substantial amount of stairs to climb to get in and out of the hotel. "Lovely quaint hotel with lots of dining options nearby. Also close to Space Needle and monorail. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Every single one! I would stay here again. One note is that there is no elevator so the valet carried our bags up and down. Snacks provided in the evening were appreciated!"

"Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue."
