"This hotel was our first stop on our European vacation from the US and we found that the hotel was great but the customer service needed a little bit of improvement. We hoped to see Madrid more but the hotel was far from most dining and shopping options. The staff were kind but I felt like they could’ve been a little more helpful or accommodating. The room was good except our view below outside was just a pile of garbage. I want to be clear that overall I would recommend staying here just be aware of what it is you look for in a hotel before you book."

"I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station (5-minute walk) however I was extremely impressed with the hotel. My room was large with a king size bed (extremely comfortable), many electrical outlets, good heating/AC and very clean. The bathroom had a shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very pleasant. When I asked how to get to the train station one of the staff went outside with me and showed me two possible routes. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would not think twice about staying here again."
