"Nós conhecíamos a proposta da acomodação no momento em que a reservamos e, no geral, ela atendeu a nossas expectativas (segurança, limpeza, acesso a cidade, privacidade da acomodação escolhida etc.). Ficamos satisfeitos. Nossa única observação se volta a alguns itens que poderiam estar disponíveis na acomodação, mas não estavam: tapete na área da cozinha americana, pano para pratos, tapete adicional no banheiro etc."

"Lovely room with a huge bed, excellent bathroom and great air conditioning. The bar staff, reception staff and general staff were all kind and helpful. We ate from the restaurant menu in the bar and the food was fantastic. "

"This is a lovely, small hotel right next to Plaza Mayor; a superb location close to everything and walkable everywhere. The hosts, Rosa and Santiago are the nicest, warmest and most helpful people. "Excellent staff. The room was in most respects good, but we hated it being two levels, with a flight of stairs to the bed. The restaurant was poor and we didn’t like that breakfast didn’t start until 8:00, although they did provide a limited cold breakfast at 7:00. "

"La habitación es pequeñita pero está en pleno centro. En la recepción tienen una cafetera y cuando estuvimos nosotros no habia nadie, pero tampoco hacía falta. Por teléfono y WhatsApp un chico me ayudó en todo y fue miy amable y agradable. Además tuvimos un problema con el acceso restingido a las calles del centro y nos ayudó con esto también. Nos dio indicaciones de sitios para comer y todo. Es un encanto. "

"This oroperty us lovely. Our room 102 was large and very well appointed. MAJOR ISSUE was the noise. And all my years of traveling and believe me I've traveled a lot this was the noisiest hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life bar none. We stayed there on a Saturday and Sunday and Sunday night the shouting and yelling from the hotel bar below and the Gin bar across the street kept us up till 3:00 a.m.. we thought Sunday might be better but the Gin bar across the street was full of...
