One of our most amazing hotel stays. Truly a wellness paradise and the staff is just remarkable. Our 4 yr old daughter got sick and they went above and beyond to assist. The indoor thermal pool and outdoor pool was exceptional. We cant wait to return.

Outstanding service & decor

A bit off the beaten path in Casa Micciola, this hotel was oustanding in every way. From decor( recently entirely renovated and it showed in glorious fashion. You felt like an honored guest Breakast buffet included plus eggs to order. The hotel offered shuttie & taxi service plus dining & bar at normal hours. The staff! From the bar to the dining to reception & concierge, your every need wss met the soa! Awesome. Rooftop snacks & bar, elegant pool. See photos.

SPA is Amazing

This is a lovely spa - amazing people who run the hotel. In the shoulder season of October - it's not a super busy area and feels a little isolated. For spa treatments - superb! If you are looking for walking restaurants or any shopping - this is not the area. This is truly a 'spa' and so enjoy their many many treatments - because they really cater to you. Then take a taxi to the other areas for food, activity, shopping:)

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel (ca. 50 - 60 Zimmer) mit hochwertigem Mobiliar. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und professionell - man merkt die fundierte Ausbildung eines jeden. Der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum war sehr großzĂŒgig in der Raumaufteilung; Tische hatten genĂŒgend Abstand zueinander. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksangebot war reichhaltig (inkl. Sekt) - nie ging etwas aus bzw. wurde sofort nachbestĂŒckt. Zimmer sehr sauber / Reinigung wurde stichprobenartig kontrolliert. Pool mit Bar - ebenfalls hochwertig und ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Einziger Nachteil: Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohngegend, die nicht die beste Kulisse bietet. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist nur 200 m entfernt. Ansonsten muss man ca. 15 Minuten gehen, um die Touristenlokale / Carrentals etc. zu erreichen. WĂŒrde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Treated like Royalty in a Palace

This Relais & Chateau on Ischia Island was superb. Upon arrival we were treated royally. The staff members were so gracious. Specifically Electra, a waitress and Victorrio, the restaurant manager. Barbara, my masseuse, was excellent and extremely nice. We loved the terrace restaurant which was more informal w great views. I couldn’t get over the fact that at lunch on the terrace the waitress asked me if I would prefer having the same dessert I had the night before!!! I was shocked that she would know even though I did not see her there for that dinner. The property is like a palace. The furnishings exquisite. We swam in the heated thermal springs indoor pool which was beautifully tilled throughout. The outdoor pool was also beautiful but we didn’t have time to get there. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days without leaving it. So relaxing and beautiful.

Quel dommage que cet Ă©tablissement soit laissĂ© Ă  l'abandon :( Et on est loin des standards d'un relais et chateau, en effet ici tout est Ă  l'Ă©conomie, les ampoules d'elairage sont allumĂ©es 1 sur 2. La vaisselle est en porcelaine made in China. Le thĂ© est bas de gamme. Les peignoirs dans les chambres defraichiees, les produits d'accueil en quantitĂ© minimale, la douche est uniquement avec plafonnier. Pas de service en chambre pour le the et le cafe et pas de produits d'accueil ni pantoufles. La piscine exterieure n'est pas chauffĂ©e. Et impraticable en septembre. LA dĂ©coration est vieillotte. Bref un rafraichissement serait le bienvenue. TrĂ©s dĂ©cu vu le tarif. Et que dire des bandes adhesives ayant servies a repeindre une salle a cote de la salle des petits dĂ©jeuners oubliĂ©es.? Et nous Ă©tions un couple d’hommes et les peignoirs Ă©taient pour un homme et une femme... Une sorte d’homophobie ?

The hote, room was great, although ours didn’t have a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was very good. Also the gym and Spa was excellent.

Booked specifically after seeing the hot thermal bath they have which was wonderful. It also has a beautiful roof pool, bar and seating area which had lovely views around of the mountain. The hotel décor is lush ,with marble statues at every turn and gorgeous venetian glass chandeliers. It felt super luxurious and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Angelina who greeted us when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and we made use of the very useful and free shuttle service to get to and from the small beach resort of Lacco Ameno and also Ischia Port. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they left a nice bottle of prosecco in the room for me. Thank you everyone at the hotel for making my birthday treat such a special experience.
