Very good hotel. Excellent staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great shower. Very good breakfast. The only small problem was that the bathroom sink was partly blocked, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

I liked staying there over night as the location was perfect for access to the palace. The parking was a bit tight to get in and out of but worth it. The hotel is clean and has unique wall paper of old catholic paintings along the hallways from ceiling to floor. The only thing that was disappointing was this morning at around 8 am a hotel staff lady opened our door without knocking and woke us up. She quickly closed the door. It was odd seeing as we don't check out until 10. Breakfast bar was good. The front desk guys were all very friendly and professional. Also there was no remote in the room however the staff were very happy to find us one. The drawers in our room were not straight and easy to open. There is no safe as well. The water in the shower did not drain easily and filled up the shower. The shower is a nice size however. Thank you for the hospitality

L'ascensore il 19-20/08/25 non funzionava, abbiamo dovuto portare le valigie a mano per 2 piani. La camera famigliare da 4 era troppo piccola e il condizionatore faticava a rinfrescare la stanza anche al massimo della potenza. Colazione ottima.

Hotel moderno, com 06 vagas de estacionamento, mas se cheio pode-se estacionar em outro estacionamento em frente. Café da manhã razoável, sem iogurtes, mas com frutas, geleias, pães e sucos. Elevador em manutenção e sem ajudante para carregar as malas para cima. Atendimento 24 horas. Hotel fica a 1 Km do Palácio Real de Caserta. Comércio e restaurantes próximos.
