"I thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too! "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room and hotel overall were so clean and nice, and the breakfast was really good. I also had a medical issue where I needed to go to the local hospital. The staff got us a taxi and checked-in on us after, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here if I come to Milan again!"

"There are no enough words to express our happiness to stay in this place . The place is really unique . The extra unique is (Giusy) the place manager , this nice lady made our stay more than amazing . She is always close and answering our inquires all the times. She surprised us with amazing treats , that I can't till , to keep the suspense and have the treat when you come . "Lovely hotel a 5-minute walk from the train station, subway stations and a grocery store. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We took the subway (people along the way always helped us as needed) to the Duomo and back. We would definitely stay here again. "
