"Expedia claims to include all fees and taxes, but we were charged $20 daily "facility fee," which amounted to another $100. This is Expedia's issue. We were happily surprised that our king bed room included a small refrigerator. Apparently this building houses rent-controlled tenants, and this fact created a situation in which a tenant asked us to move rooms during our stay."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, great customer service, and convenient location. "Overall, I had a good stay. I understand the building is old, but there were things that are basic maintenance that needed to be done. Example, paint chipping off the doors and moulding, the ceiling above the shower was bubbling from the moisture, and there's no fan/vent in the bathroom. The heater did not work, it was blowing out cold air and actually dropped the temperature of the room, thankfully we had warmer weather. It was overall very clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. I only stayed one night, and it was good enough for that, if I was staying longer, I definitely would have asked for the heat to be addressed. The staff was very nice and check in was very smooth."

"Don’t get me wrong, price fairly good, but to get out of there early morning is a nightmare, one exit before George Washington Bridge. Inside the room cleaning was good."
