"The property is in a great location. However the pictures up the apartment is a combination of multiple apartments and was misleading. Additionally the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. Finally as it’s right at the entrance it is very noisy. Performers were still going strong at 3 in the morning "

Called the number provided and they say there was a mistake and they overbooked. The support said they would be able to find us another hotel and told us to stay on the line. "Special shout out to SAIRA at the front desk excellent customer service. This condo was beautiful it has a 360 view of the ocean and the naval , the castles the yachts the entire Cartagena view . Apt. Was clean that only negative I can say about this apt was that there was cockroaches!!!!! So I had to leave the bathroom , living room and even the walk in closet on because if I turn it off cockroaches came out . They were small ones but still . I stayed a whole week and I probably killed 6...
