"We had a wonderful stay here while in Faro. The staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful and very accommodating. We arrived late and they were gaciosi enough to allow us a late check out as well. Our room was very nice, very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. I liked the nautical theme decor. The bed was so comfortable, lovely linens and towels, and we had a patio overlooking the pool. The room had a nice jacuzzi as well as lots of other toiletries, slippers and nice touches. We really enjoyed the stay here and highly, highly recommend opus one! Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walking to the historical center and marina and close to many shops and restaurants. Only 5 min from the train stations. So glad we decided to stay here. A great value for the price and a wonderful repriced from the hustle of Lisbon. "

"Extremely basic hotel. Fine for one night before a flight, but don’t expect much. Breakfast is very underwhelming. Save the €15 and just walk to Pingo Doce across the street instead. Beds are not very comfortable either, but for a quick overnight stay it does the job I guess."

"Wow! 5 ⭐ We were welcomed by the owner Claudia. She is terrific. She spent at least 20 minutes to guide us on things to do, restaurants and excursions in Faro. She also gave all the links for these suggestions. The apartments are so nice and extremely clean. They are spacious and well equiped. We even had a welcome gift (almond cookies) and some oranges. Claudia makes you feel like at home and part her family. Every day we saw her in the place and she always call us by our names."

"Great location for exploring Faro Old Town, overlooking the lovely marina and Ria Formosa. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Pleasant check in but the other staff are hit & miss. Our suite was clean very spacious and usable but a little start, clinic like minimalist. Overall a good stay. "

"We liked this place very convenient to the train station. Room has kettle, nice fridge, wave. We didn't stay on a hot day but the newish Daikin hvac unit looks like it would do a good job as AC. Room safe but too small to handle my 14" laptop or my tablet. Free coffee 24/7 in a main floor coffee room."
