"Booked standard Queen with sofa bed, arrived to be told that the room was taken. Offered a twin room and from my trouble a free breakfast. Only to find out that the hotel charged me fro the breakfast. On return trip on the 29th April informed the front desk about this and was told they would look into it. gave email address. Still no response from hotel. Good hotel but this has dampend the visit"

"I booked as a twin room but staff changed to large double bed on my request. Very helpful. Staff on check in were very friendly and helpful. Room (243) was perfect. Food was great. Very pleased with it and would be happy to stay again. "
