"My staying was nice i like this hotel thanks to Faham and Sandeep they were the best They helped me a lot and were amazing. I will go back to this hotel just because of them"

"Strategic location for dental and health check ups"

"I loved this hotel. The staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The room was cleaned multiple times without even requesting. They anticipated our needs in advance and made sure we did not lack. Breakfast was delicious with so many choices to pick from. I was especially moved when they delivered an extra bed so my two girls did not have to share a bed. This was not billed at all. I wish the hotel staff in America could emulate their colleagues Thank you for a good experience. We will be...

"From start to finish we were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was fantastic, wifi worked extremely well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, although can recommend the room service. The metro overhead station is a 5 min walk that will take you down to the Mall of Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttle (dependant on room type) that will take you to Mall of Emirates and beach. Highly recommended."

"Had booked a twin non smoking room but inly had a twin smoking room when arrived, moved after 2 days, lack of towels provided. "

"I rang ahead to make sure it was ok for a couple to stay there and they said yes it was fine. When I arrived I was told that we couldn't share a room. I do understand that it is the law in the UAE, but don't give people the impression that couples can stay there. "

"Courteous front desk check in staff. Excellent breakfast. Central location to shops & transit"

"Overall, it’s a good hotel and worth the price. Outstanding value. Rooms are somewhat dim but the location is fantastic. Many authentic and affordable restaurants. And the Mall of Emirates is about 5 mins away walking. The staff is friendly. WiFi is reliable. Highly recommended."

"Something really upsets me. I have stayed in your hotel at least 5 times and my comments are NEVER taken into account. Like having tissues at the reception for sweating customers. Like your overpriced breakfast, which empties the lounge of customers who go to have it in Time Asma…"

"L'établissement Jumeirah Al Qasr étant en travaux, nous avons été surclasser à l'hôtel Jumeirah Al Naseem au même condition mais avec une vue incroyable sur le burj Al arab, la piscine et la mer. Les piscines sont incroyables, la qualité du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et complet. Le service est haut de gamme. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins.
