"Staff where professional and polite room was ok , but we asked for extra 2 pillows, they said they don’t have any left. Shower was disaster, shower head was broken and dirty and water keeps switching between hot and cold. We couldn’t take shower in the end."

"Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price.
