"The staff at this property or amazing. They went out of their way to assist you, provide you with extra water, coffee, and they even had alcoholic choices at a reasonable price. Their complementary breakfast was usual European style but always offered eggs if requested. The beautiful views from their location were worth every penny. would definitely return."

But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. "We just returned home after 5 nights at Ravino, after visiting Venice and Rome. This was the perfect, beautiful, and relaxing end to our two week Italy vacation (me, my husband and two daughters 23 and 20). The grounds are breathtaking - a desert garden labor of love that you can get lost in. The views are equally breathtaking. The location is perfect - about a 20-minute walk to town or the the beach/thermal gardens or easy bus access. If you prefer a private taxi, they will happily arrange it....

"This is the perfect lodging for your stay in Ischia. It's a short drive from the Ischia marina, where the ferry drops you off, but the public bus (less than 3€ a ride) is right outside of the hotel to get you back to the Ischia Marina where there are countless bars and restaurants, as well as the main shopping on the island, or to Fario where you unlock another world of the island. No bathtub in the room which is a surprise but there was a lot of outdoor soaking options so I guess that makes it not terrible. Dinner menu options become limited if you stay more than 1-2 days.
