"Property was very close to the beach
The thing that I did not like was the room their was no balcony and very difficult to regulate the water temperature while taking a shower"

"The overall stay was 7/10! Signs ask guests not to bring outside food to the pool area or patio but two different groups had snacks and drinks with them! We wanted to have our snacks but didn't. There was mold in oue shower too- please take care of that. Otherwise, we had a lovely and relaxed time."

"Carpet stains in hallway for the two days we stayed. Also the carpet was not well vacuumed
Pool on rooftop closed for “ maintenance “ in late June
Ice machine at bar on rooftop was broken, delaying service
Air conditioning thermostat in room was inoperable
There was no telephone in our room until we requested
Morning buffet often missing saucers for cups
Our breakfast plates removed while we stood in line for more than 5 minutes for coffee

"Staff were exceptional, arranged collection transfer from the port and return transfer to the airport. Laura at the beach was so pleasant and accommodating. Daniel in the restaurant could not do enough for you. The hotel although listed as 4 star should be shown as 5 star as I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have not come close to this hotel."
