"Incredible hotel in all aspects - great location, charming historical hotel yet modern comfortable rooms, amazing staff (all so friendly), excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and just perfect in every way!! We would recommend and will return. They also presented me with a breakfast birthday cake when none of my group said anything - just by noticing my date of birth during check in I suppose. "Great and very comfortable stay at this property! The staff were very helpful and able to give us suggestions on local restaurants and transport options. Breakfast was also very good. "I really enjoyed the location of and facilities in this hotel. It was walking distance from all areas of interest. The bed was very comfortable, and the Bidet was a lovely surprise. I had breakfast in the hotel one morning, and it was lovely. In addition it isa short walk from Los Diamontes (a restaurant), and it was great to eat there on days where I wanted to get going quickly. "The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...
