Amazing from reception, food, service, room and the great staff. I would appreciate one queen bed as opposed to 2 single beds for the two of us because we are like twins and prefer 1 queen bed.
Returning again
Staying at Cascade Manor is a must if you are in the area. It’s a large place but they still manage to keep it personal and not to commercial. We travel with a 4year old and a 1 year old baby and it was so easy. Baby cots available as well as baby chairs and the staff is so so friendly and attentive. The food is awesome and honestly not to expensive either. We will come back again for sure.
The family room is large and the only minus would be that there are two steps in it (with a crawling baby it’s something to consider). It’s slightly windy outside but it’s a welcome breeze in the SA heat.
In the area is a spa that we didn’t go to this time but by experience I know you should book ahead if you want to treat yourself.
Don’t forget to stop by the waterfall. It’s breathtaking.
Overall it was amazing. The waterfall is a must see. One night is to short. There is a lot of walking trails we did not do. Sad. When settling the account and you did use something. just make sure that there is no misunderstanding. Check your account before leaving. Misunderstanding can cause you pay too much or too little.
