"Staff were excellent"

"A gorgeous hotel with personality, character and exceptional hospitality Gorgeous George was one of the highlights of our stay in Cape Town. This is a boutique hotel with a wonderful sense of personality, combining eclectic interiors, beautiful design and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. What particularly impressed us was the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, with distinctive furnishings, artwork and a character that sets it apart from more...

"We arrived early, hours before check-in, but the hotel were expecting us and made us feel very welcome, offering us a space to freshen up in before we ventured out to make the most of our one full day in Cape Town. Owner Michel was very friendly and helpful; he organised an airport transfer for us and recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance for dinner (Silk) and also which beach to visit (Clifton Fourth) the next morning before our afternoon flight to Port Elizabeth. Our room...

"Wonderful staff"

"It was all fabulous and the staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly"

"Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. The room had all for a 3 night stay: kitchenette, fan, A/C, iron and a good shower. The bathroom handle however was broken, which apparently the...

"The staff were incredible throughout, we loved them and their friendly helpful ways and will miss them. The situation is also excellent with many amenities nearby. Room service was also excellent BUT the noise from the Irish pub over the road was awful and completely disrupted our sleep on the 2nd night which was a Friday night, and partially disrupted it on the Saturday night. Breakfast at the Dock House Boutique hotel was also really uninspiring - small room felt claustrophobic and the food...

"Good location, great food and very helpful staff"

"The trip started at a low point because i requested an airport transfer since I arrived late at night. Unfortunately, the transfer was never communicated to the night staff according to them. When I asked that I receive I free transfer on my return trip to make up for this mishap, they declined. Overall the hotel is nice and spacious, the room was great for a longer stay or a bigger group. It gets very loud so I would've recommend for families."

"We loved our stay at the Greenhouse Guesthouse. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s beautifully decorated and has a warm, homey feel to it, much nicer than staying in a big hotel. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the waterfront and a short taxi ride from other major sights. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I get the chance to visit Cape Town again."

"Lovely stay, great hotel and fantastic location"

"Équipements et mobiliers de grande qualité. Petit déjeuner appétissant avec des fruits frais coupés et un excellent pain frais. Personnels très serviables et accueillants. Bouteille de rosé offert à l’arrivée et tranfert aéroport offert à l’occasion du mois de la femme."

"Nice and perfect location nearby V&A waterfront "

"Hotel renovado, lindo e muito bem localizado. Funcionários educados e prestativos. E a vista do restaurante transformou o café da manhã numa experiência inesquecível. Valeu cada centavo."
