"We had the best experience"

"The rooms here are beautiful with large grand ceilings, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is also very good. But maybe the best thing we loved about Harper House was the wonderful breakfast!"

"If you’re not expecting dinner, this is an excellent hotel for breakfast! We were a bit confused at first as we drove through the narrower streets, but overall it was a really, really lovely stay. The room was excellent and, above all, the staff were brilliant! Helpful, friendly and unique – thank you to everyone! If we come back, we’ll definitely be staying with you again! CU soon 👍"

"What a wonderful hotel in central Cape Town."

"Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff and general good vibes. Perfect location if you are looking for a good place to stay for a backpacker trip!"

"Great hotel, location, and value."

"Fantastic hotel in excellent location to explore all Cape Town has to offer "

"Very nice and well located boutique hotel. Staff very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious and have very generous portions. Dining in is also recommended but the selection may be limited and can be out of meat which was very disappointing. Had another beef plate because they were out steaks, but it had too many fat pieces. I politely made a couple of recommendations to avoid this unpleasant culinary experience."

"Great location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We felt safe walking around the area day and night. Staff was helpful with assisting us in booking airport shuttles, tours and drivers to get around."
