Great hotel with the best hardworking staff, nice pool (great temperature of the water) and the surrounding is beautiful, nice beaches in about 5 minutes driving. The hotelroom is nice and clean and we loved the airconditioning.

Very friendly personel, ready to serve and help you anytime, always with a smile on their face. THe hotel itself was clean, had everything a family could ask for with daily activities for the kids, tasty food with a theme day every day. We will visit again next year for sure!

The room and staff were lovely. There was always extra care taken to look after guests and events such as evening performances and kids activities made it a really welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and thank you to all who made it so perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms - we had the Junior Ground Floor suite which had a lovely sized balcony. It was great that we had a fridge as well. Food was delicious and lots of variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property conveniently located. Staff is amazing! We chose the half board option. Fantastic, huge buffet breakfast and dinner. Wait staff unbelievably friendly and go out of their way for your every need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with lots of friendly staff. Great facilities and really clean. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety, as does the evening meal. But still plenty of really good local restaurants around. Our daughter loved the mini disco they do every night for the little ones followed by evening entertainment every night for the adults.

Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). Indoor swimming was a great option as was heated (outdoor was not heated but kids didn’t seem to mind). We also enjoyed playing table tennis in between swimming and chilling at the pool. We would go back again for sure as thought it was very good value.

Based on our 3 nights stay here I’m overall disappointed in this hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel (in my experience, having travelled globally for the past 30 years, it is not!). PRO’s: - Spacious rooms - Recently renovated bathrooms in B section - decently cozy compound and layout - Food at snack bar was good - Reception was friendly CON’s: - Eating at breakfast and dinner among screaming, out of control kids, taking food with their hands, tasting food and putting it back, is a hygienic nightmare. - Food quality is generally low and definitely not 4 star - Coffee at snack bar was virtually undrinkable - Hotel is generally worn down in many areas, eg so called “spa area” and halls - Pool and public areas are dominated by small kids (we travelled with teenagers) If traveling to this part of Mallorca again I’d choose another accommodation.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We absolutely loved our room, and the food was delicious, with a great variety of options every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel’s great location, with lovely areas to walk around and beautiful beaches nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d happily stay here again!

Miguel in the bar is a legend, nice staff, nice pool with nice bar, the small midget man inte the reception is a little bit weird but other wise good helpful staff. 4/5 overall. Free parking outside

Great small family hotel

Great family hotel, not so big, everything is close and handy and you always know where your kids are. Nice playground, sufficient pool, we had a feeling that it is not very full or crowded even in topseason (august).
