"Had a suite which was a fantastic size for 2 of us. Great having a separate shower and bath as I am disabled and not able to get in the bath, However there were no handles in the shower to hold onto and the floor was very slippery and dangerous, Even the bathroom floor when it was wet was slippery. Pool was l ovely everything very clean and loads of clean towels and sheets. Lovely cleaning lady. Enjoyed the meals especially the salad and dessert buffet. "Very family friendly, in a great location and with lovely staff. Apartment basic and a bit dirty with a smell of damp, especially in the kitchen. Balcony has a gorgeous view and is spacious enough but doesn't have a clothes dryer which was annoying. The bathroom is a good size & shower is very decent. However the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep in it.. I took the sofa bed in the living room padded with an extra duvet! "The most fantastic stay under the worst of circumstances. The hotel is in a brilliant location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is beautiful and the whole thing just works. I have to pay a special compliment to the manager of the hotel, please forgive me as I do not recall your name. The manager went above and beyond given my circumstance, supplying me with much needed food, countless coffees and a shoulder to cry on.
