"Great location - close to everything in old town and train station. Staff were very helpful and even helped get us a sought after dinner reservation. Beach is right across the street."

"We had a fantastic stay! We reserved beach chairs with the front desk the evening before, then picked up tickets in the morning. (Chairs were $35 pp). Salah was the person assigned to us at the beach. He was friendly, kind and patient. I would recommend reserving seats!! We had an incredible day on the beach!! The hotel was in the perfect location to walking the shops, the markets and SO many restaurants!! I would definitely come back!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Albert 1er Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk into Old Nice while still being close to the beach. Our room had an amazing view that made every morning and evening special. The A/C didn’t get as cold as we’re used to, but that’s something we’ve found to be pretty common when traveling in Europe, especially during a summer heat wave, so it certainly didn’t take away from our experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The staff was really very good, one staff member only knew French and when I asked about the breakfast he changed our regular breakfast to the gormand option and we were charged 11.50 € extra. The rooms were very very small. We opted for the 9 square meters room. Hopefully the 12 square meters room is slightly bigger. I would suggest getting that. The breakfast was nice but the guy who runs the place is extremely rude. He’s the rudest person my wife and I have ever met in any restaurant. That man should be immediately fired."
