"O quarto tinha travaesseiros muito altos e desconfortáveis. O ventilador de teto fazia um barulho absurdo e o hotel cobrou, inicialmente, R$ 200,00 para a troca do quarto. Após a negativa do pagamento eles conseguiram um ventilador de pé. O café da manhã é ótimo e o espaço lindo, mas só fomos para dormir e a experiência do quarto não foi agradável."

Mas o que mais me indignou foi o estado da piscina natural. "This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous.
