Baseado nas avaliações, vim esperando o pior. Realmente tem extrema necessidade de reforma. O atendimento na chegada e saída foram bons. O único atendimento muito abaixo foi da responsável pelo café da manhã. Funcionária extremamente antipática e mal humorada. Tenho convicção que existem muitos desempregados que teriam mais educação e vontade de trabalhar do que ela. Café muito simples porém satisfatório ao meu gosto.

Hotel com condições ruins. Estrada para chegar ao local é praticamente impossivel de passar com um carro sedã. Mal sinalizado. Infelizmente considero inaceitável em pleno 2021 o quarto ter uma TV de tubo com 3 canais. Café da manhã bem fraco. O que salva é a extrema educação e prestatividade dos funcionários.

Pousada bem simples, porém confortável. A propriedade inteira é enorme e incrível! Agradável demais estar em um local cheio de natureza e Paz. Café da manhã simples, porém farto. Restaurante com preços justos. Voltaremos!

Podia ser melhor!!!
Lugar incrível porém a pousada em si deixa a desejar com os quartos. Não tinha espelho grande no quarto e a tv era antiga de tubo. Quartos precisando de uma nova pintura e decoração, pois tinha um quadro grande todo manchado. O chuveiro era a gás, velho e demorava muito para esquentar a água. Dependendo do quarto você paga o Wi-Fi, nunca vi isso. Não tinha avisos de horários do spa e do café no quarto, nem cardápio. Restaurante lindíssimo, parecia q estava em outra pousada comparando com o quarto q fiquei, mas o café foi fraco, pão resecado, duro e manteiga congelada. Os preços do almoço e jantar também estavam fora da realidade para quem quer fazer todas as refeições no local, já q a pousada fica muito longe do centro de Teresópolis. Pratos individuais a 50 reais, sendo comida caseira. O laser foi fantástico! Piscina maravilhosa super limpa e enorme. Tem uma trilha incrível que vai da recepção até uma piscina natural. Lugar lindo para tirar suas fotos!

Excelente lugar para relaxar
Nossa estadia foi muito boa, desfrutamos de bons momentos em lugar agradável e lindo, para nós o ponto alto foi a maravilhosa piscina natural e a espetacular vista do quarto, o ponto negativo foi que algumas dependências estavam inativas, segundo a administração, por conta da pandemia.
