"It is clear that the new management bought this property to just collect a paycheck for themselves. The continental breakfast was a few muffins and little packages of cereal. No eggs, no sausage, no hot food whatsoever. They do not answer the phone when you call, it just rings on repeat and then automatically hangs up without a voicemail set up."

"Everything was perfect here except for the temperature of the room. We weren't able to manipulate the temperature, so it was quite cold for us. We asked for a couple of blankets and that solved the problem at night. "
