"Got the wrong room at check in, once we got the right one it wasnt super clean. There was not a pool like indicated and the so called breakfast was literally, frozen waffles, toast and bagels. The hotel was under construction, dirty, smelly and unsafe yet we were never notified of that before booking. "

"It was horrible. Got there and there no pots and pans. No extra linens for the pull out couch. We got 14 inches of snow and they didn’t even shovel the parking lot. Had to shovel myself out. Then top it off the bathroom sink was leaking in the floor and they didn’t have maintenance available and didn’t even offer a discount. I was so disappointed. If I could’ve left I would’ve but I was there to see a family relative that was on life support at a nearby hospital. "

"Clean room, a bit short on shampoo/conditioner. No dryer, but for me no problem. Expected a bit more breakfast options. But there was coffee! ( No coffee maker in the room.) Staff was very nice."

"Beds were very comfortable. But I got up at 7:30am and was going to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water. Waited until 8:30 am and had to take a Luke warm shower. Wife said maybe because the Housekeeper was running the shower for a very long time in another room to clean."

"We love this property. Its so unique! The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and pretty much sound proof."

"Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and sauna which was so nice on a chilly evening. Dinner at Kyndred was delicious…do not skip over the Baked Alaska. Pizza and pasta were both perfection. Rooms are always spotless. We had some tech issues with the TV which doesn’t normally happen here. Ten drops was convenient for a quick cup of coffee and parfait. We always enjoy coming to this Omni. It’s top of the line. "

"Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and it was closed the entirety of our stay. Would have been nice to be given a heads up that the pool is closed for two weeks if we wanted to adjust our stay. "
