"The staff were incredibly accommodating and very giving of their time in making suggestions and recommendations. The daily room service was outstanding. The restaurant staff were friendly and engaging. Overall a terrific hotel in a perfect location close to the old city and the harbor front."

"The Hotel was excellent with an excellent location. I enjoyed the pool. Many good restaurants conveniently located just behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection and was so helpful to have especially before touring. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Property was quite nice, couldn't ask for a nicer looking hotel. But I am exhausted.... Personally my bed at home is a bit hard, so when I go on vacation I look forward to a soft bed, this was not that, in fact, the worst ever. I've only ever had it where a bed was as hard as this one and it was in Cuba.
I debated on going to sleep on the couches in the pool room, they were softer then the bed. I didn't think a hard bed would have impacted my vacation this much, but when you can't get one good...
