Locals in the area sucks! Beware. Sotis don't care

1) Area: The hotel needs to coordinate with the locals (local taxi drivers) in the area. Taxi drivers in the area bombarded the guests of Sotis. These rude locals won't allow grab or go-jek to pick passengers up in the area. They put a barricade in JL. Raya Kayutulang (Kayutulang Street) and won't let you pass. They were so persistent, would not let you pass unless you agreed to ride on their taxi. They were charging times 5 of go jek and grab rates. Just be firm and walk away, book a grab at the main street. 2) Room Rates: expensive because they locked the second floor of the villa. 3) Cleanliness: Pool was dirty, they did not change the water or clean the pool prior to our arrival. Room was dusty and too many bugs. 4) Food: nothing special except for the presentation. But it does not taste good at all. 5) Room Service: Bad. Took so long because of the following scenario: We ordered beers, and the security guard and a crew decided to drive right away to a nearby convenience store to buy beers. And charge us the price of beer on the menu. Unbelievable. If we only knew how their operations works, then we must go and buy beers to the convenience store and it was cheaper. Bali beer in convenience store is USD 3, while times 2 in Sotis.

Beautiful villa. The only thing we noticed was that the wall trim above the TV needed some fixing, but nothing major. The place is huge and also comfortable.

Bali as it should be.

Outstanding in every way! Great designed Villa which can be 1,2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchen in case you feel like cooking and they come and wash the dishes for you in the morning, excellent lounge room. Private pool with a very relaxing area. If you are like us as a couple or a family it’s just perfect. Room service breakfast included. This a real gem set in quiet area amongst rice fields and yet still close to the Cafés and Restaurants.

Superbe villa, le personnel est souriant et attentionné, j’ai commandé un gâteau pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint grâce au personnel c’était un bon et beau gâteau. La villa est spacieuse, la piscine est un gros plus pour les fins de journée encore chaude. Villa dans un coin tranquille pas très loin de la plage.

Nice rooms, but nothing nearby

The rooms are very spacious and nice, if a bit strangely configured, so you have to leave the bedroom, to outside, and then enter the living room. Still, nice. Pool is private and okay. Food leaves much to be desired, and they were out of the only item i wanted. for dinner. If you want to go anywhere, you'll need a bike or a car. Too far to walk, and they have the rule about only using locals for transpo when leaving the hotel. The balkanization of Bali continues. Also, a huge private villa looms strangely nearby. Other than that, rice fields.

Awesome place! Huge & Private.

Huge Bali style villa but a modern & western quality. Think facilities are quite new as well. Several minutes drive to town, but not a big deal and it makes this place quiet and private. Great for a romantic getaway or family.

we stayed at this villa for 11 very happy nights and we had most amazingly joyful days in Bali!! our villa was one bed room with private pool. every room were so spacious and very clean,nicely decorated.we had 2 rooms with out side sitting place at 2nd floor. the pool was big and clean,we really enjoyed swimming and just chill out by the pool.we enjoyed romantic candle night at out side sitting space on the 2nd floor. the villa located middle of rice field so very quiet area, we slept very well and felt very secured... its close enough to visiting Eco beach and beautiful famous temple called Tanalot. they offered us free shuttle visiting grocery shopping[pepito super market] and let us use their printer in the office, gave us free late check out until 2pm and gave us free transfer to our next hotel by the beach,etc.etc....they were very kind and very helpful. the free breakfast was very delicious and has variety[indonasian/western] we enjoyed every morning. what we loved most about this villa was not only the great facilities[i love cooking so especially i love the kitchen] but people works there....they has so beautiful warm kind and pure heart especially the manager and some of their staff including jeri,very kind,nice and very helpful and tried to their best for us... which made us felt almost we were in home....;）we would definitely recommend this lovely and happy beautiful villa for who ever wants to have great relaxing joyful time in canguu area in Beautiful Bali!!

New and Excellent Customer Support

Booked for a weekend with Sotis, few days before the trip received an email about emergency maintenance we have to stay 1 night in another Vila. I suggested which Vila I would like to stay in and Sotis paid for and organized all transport free of charge for us. This villa is very new and suppose to be sold as townhouse but changed to villa so it came with excellent kitchen appliances if you want to cook. Huge bedrooms and Living room everything is in excellent condition. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We had a great time in Sotis. Thank you Rita!

Absolut neue Bj. 2016 Villas, alle mit privaten Pool, top gepflegt, sehr hochwertig, gute Betten, sehr nettes Personal, es wird sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Schnelles WLAN, Smart TV, TVs in allen Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer, Frühstückstisch wird in der Villa gedeckt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war ruhig und entspannt, zum Strand sind es mit dem Roller oder Auto ca 10 min. Ein Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert, da es recht ruhig liegt.

3 month old villa. Brilliant but teething issues

Fantastic 1 bed villa with private pool. Spacious rooms, great, king size bed, top notch living / dining room with nice kitchen. Breakfast served in your living room! Place open since March 2016 according to one staff. Staff need to learn more English. Pool pump area needs locking as electrical installation has exposed conductors. Parents beware! Transport a little difficult. Make sure you have a screenshot of the map on your phone, to show drivers. Oh, bathroom the one room that doesn't feel luxurious, but still good.
