"The place was pretty empty as it was a very large resort and school was back in session . We had two villas and they were in the same buildings. Our unit was very hot, AC didn’t work. Instead of moving us they told us they’d be there within 40 minutes to fix it. Waiting 40 minutes in 100 degree weather ..."
