"Very nice property. Staff excellent"

"Beautiful fairy tale place 😍"

"For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent. The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...

"We loved our stay. We had dinner there and they had the most amazing gluten free food. It was an excellent dinner. We loved breakfast. The area was beautiful and unique. We loved everything!"

"The breakfast was the best part of the stay ! Our room was very very old, the shower door was falling off, towels were old and dingy. Staff was very polite and attentive!"

"reception for check in was fast and efficient, clean room and property location was on a quiet street but close to restaurants and the beach."

"Beautiful property. The owners did an amazing job of restoration of this Villa into a well planned small inn with modern amenities. Excellent breakfast. Monika and her son Marco were the best of hosts. My wife enjoyed a wonderful massage arranged last minute to accomodate her after a long day of travel. Highly reccomend! Tom / Judy"

"This property was the perfect mini resort to relax and enjoy this cute port town. Stunning views, great staff, both in restaurant and front desk. Very happy with my stay and will be back"

"Kind of out of the way from town without a car (my fault for not looking carefully at a map!) but the hotel sent someone to pick us up! We were walking the Via Francigena, and while it’s not super close to the main path they showed us a nice easy connecting trail and even printed a map and walked us out to the trailhead! Great breakfast too, lovely place all around."

"This is a very nice hotel in a good location. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and it was pretty good. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower spray was weak and it was hard to keep the water temperature consistent."

"Non potevamo essere meglio accolti!!!"

"Very friendly and helpful Staff. Beautiful Room and property was located in a wonderful Area with Many dining and shopping options"

"The entrance was not easy/obvious to find, but fun. One just needs to dare taking the narrow stone-paved ramp. Checking in is done by text message and from there it’s easy to follow directions and discover this extraordinary venue. Breakfast was really good, fresh and plentiful and the staff were nice. I would totally book again. "

"The room was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The window had metal shutters that you could not open so you had no day light unless you opened the window that did not have a screen. I don’t think I will be coming back to this hotel"

"Excellent throughout"

"Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only negative, was the bed. Too soft and too small also safe did not work although staff tried to get it working. Valentina was very helpful and pleasant for everything."
